THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (THE "TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB (THE "SITE") OF CONCEPT CONTROLS INC. ("Concept Controls Inc."), AND ARE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS SITE OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY EACH OF THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

Concept Controls Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time and we shall notify you of such revisions by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of the Site shall constitute your consent to such changes.

General Use Restrictions

All information, documents, products, software and services provided on this Site, including trademarks, logos, graphics and images (the "Materials") are provided to you by Concept Controls Inc.

Concept Controls Inc. grants you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer, and to copy and download the Materials displayed on this Site, provided that: (1) both the Concept Controls Inc. copyright notice (set forth below) and this permission notice appear in the Materials so displayed, copied or downloaded, (2) such display, copy or download is solely for your personal or internal informational use (that is, not distributed or otherwise transmitted outside of your home or Concept Controls Inc., or otherwise broadcast in any media). You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the Materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination of this limited license, you agree to immediately destroy any electronic or printed Materials.

Except as stated herein, you acknowledge that you have no right, title or interest in or to the Materials on any legal basis, without the advance written authorization of Concept Controls Inc.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order is shipped from Concept Controls Inc. No returns will be accepted without a Concept Controls issued RMA# (Return Material Authorization). RMA requests should be submitted to sales@conceptcontrols.com. Your credit card will be assessed a restocking fee of 25% of your order, plus shipping charges to return any orders (this includes duplicate orders).

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Concept Controls, shipment shall be F.O.B. Concept Controls' location and the manner of shipment shall be any commercially reasonable option determined at Concept Controls' option. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges. Concept Controls reserves the right to ship Products freight collect and to select the means of transportation and routing. Unless otherwise advised, Concept Controls will insure to full value of the Product or declare full value to the transportation company at the time of delivery and all such freight; provided that such insurance costs shall be for Buyer's account. Any and all taxes levied on or with respect to Products after delivery to the F.O.B. point, including without limitation taxes levied on or assessed to Concept Controls by reason of its retention of title, shall be paid by Buyer. In the event Concept Controls, in its sole discretion, chooses to pay such taxes, then Buyer shall reimburse Concept Controls in full upon demand. All Products must be inspected by Buyer upon receipt and claims should be filed with the transportation company when there is evidence of damage, either concealed or external.

Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information from Buyer. Concept Controls shall not be liable for delay in delivery or non delivery due to causes beyond Concept Controls' reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of Buyer, acts of civil or military authority, war, riots, priorities, fires, strikes, lockouts, delays in transportation and inability due to causes beyond Concept Controls' reasonable control to obtain necessary labor, materials, manufacturing facilities, or compliance with any law, regulation or order, whether such circumstances or causes have been remedied. Concept Controls reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate inventories and current production and substitute suitable materials when, its opinion, such allocation or substitution is necessary due to any such circumstances or causes. No penalty clause of any kind shall be effective.

Currencies Accepted
We will accept payment in either Canadian or American Dollars.

All orders typically ship within 7-10 days upon receipt of order
