Radiological & Nuclear Detection

The "RN" in CBRNE means all radiological and nuclear detection products - not only weapon of mass destruction threats but routine monitoring and analyses such as those used in the petrochemical, environmental, military, and other industries.

Radiological and nuclear detection products include both specific and non-selective sensors that alert users of the presence of potential threats. These can be large vehicle-scale systems, hand-held meters, and a large range of products in-between. Concept Controls focuses on radiological and nuclear detection products that can provide users with the detection and identification of a specific radioisotope.

A number of commonly used detection instrument types are listed below and are used for both fixed and survey monitoring.
